Content Automation Pipeline is a personal production tool. It turns the day's news, tech stories and original creative ideas into finished vertical videos, then uploads each one to its operator's own TikTok account as a draft, where it is reviewed, edited and posted by hand.
How it works
Every video goes through the same five stages. Everything up to the upload runs on the operator's own hardware; nothing is posted publicly without a person pressing “Post” in TikTok.
Source
Headlines are collected from public news and technology RSS feeds, or a creative brief is picked from a curated list (for example an animated animal short or a story episode).
Write
A locally hosted language model writes an original script, on-screen captions and hashtags. Sources are summarised in its own words, never copied or re-posted as-is.
Produce
Narration is generated with local text-to-speech and imagery with local image and video models. The clips are assembled into a 60+ second vertical video with captions and licensed background music.
Upload as a draft
The finished file is sent to TikTok through the official Content
Posting API using the video.upload scope, so it lands in the creator's TikTok inbox as a draft
— it is not published.
Human review
The operator opens the draft in the TikTok app, checks it, adds the AI-generated content label, edits if needed and posts it — or deletes it.
TikTok integration
The app connects to exactly one TikTok account: the operator's own. It uses two TikTok for Developers products and requests only the two scopes it needs.
Login Kit
The operator signs in with TikTok's standard OAuth consent screen and authorises the app. TikTok redirects back to this site with an authorisation code, which is exchanged for an access token that stays on the operator's own machine.

Finished videos are uploaded with
push_by_file into the creator's inbox as drafts. Direct Post is not used: every video is
reviewed and published manually inside TikTok.

FAQ
Can other people sign up or connect their accounts?
No. This is a personal tool operated by one individual for their own TikTok account. There are no public sign-ups and no other users' data is ever accessed.
Does it post to TikTok automatically?
No. It uses the Upload to TikTok feature, which places videos in the creator's inbox as drafts. A person reviews and posts each one inside the TikTok app.
What content does it make?
Short news and technology explainers written in its own words, and original animated shorts. It avoids political and sensitive topics.
How is AI-generated content disclosed?
Each video is labelled as AI-generated using TikTok's content disclosure setting when it is posted.
How can access be revoked?
The connected account can remove the app at any time from TikTok's settings (Security → Manage app permissions); the stored access token then stops working immediately.
